Terms of Service for Shrimpu

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading, installing, or using the Shrimpu mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
   
   
   

2. Description of Service
   Shrimpu is a health and wellness application that provides:

• Breathing exercises and techniques
  
  
  

• Personalized wellness recommendations
  
  
  

• Optional push notifications for posture reminders
  
  
  

3. Medical Disclaimer
   IMPORTANT: Shrimpu is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
   
   
   

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms. The exercises and recommendations provided are general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone. Users with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns should seek medical advice before using the App. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or complications that may arise from using the App or following its recommendations.

4. User Responsibilities
   You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not share your account or subscription access with others. You agree to exercise safely and within your physical capabilities, and to discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects.
   
   
   

5. Subscription and Payments
   
   
   

5.1 Premium Features
Shrimpu offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
Weekly subscription: $2.99 per week with a 3-day free trial
Annual subscription: $39.99 per year

5.2 Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

5.3 Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial. You can cancel during the free trial without being charged. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trials are offered once per user.

5.4 Restore Purchases
You can restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

6. Intellectual Property
   
   
   

6.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, exercise demonstrations, software code, and user interface design—are owned by Shrimpu or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Privacy
   Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
   
   
   

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
   
   
   

8.1 "As Is" Basis
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, accuracy of recommendations, uninterrupted operation, or prevention of injuries or health issues.

8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. This includes damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, unauthorized access to servers, harmful code, errors, omissions, or injuries related to exercise recommendations.

9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shrimpu, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and legal fees arising from your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or injuries related to your use of the App.
   
   
   

10. Modifications to Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications, App Store update notes, or email (if provided). Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
    
    
    

11. Modifications to the App
    We may modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time, change subscription pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers, and update content, exercises, or recommendations.
    
    
    

12. Termination
    
    
    

12.1 By You
You may stop using the App at any time. Subscription cancellations must be done through your Apple ID settings.

12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we discontinue the App.

12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law. We may delete your local data.

13. Geographic Restrictions
    The App is available worldwide, but some features may be restricted in certain regions due to legal or technical limitations.
    
    
    

14. Apple App Store Terms
    By using the App downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the App, is not responsible for claims regarding the App, and that you will comply with Apple’s App Store Terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
    
    
    

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

16. Severability
    If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full force.
    
    
    

17. Entire Agreement
